My Little Red Book-Love

Great record by Love. Who would have thought it was a Hal David-Burt Bacharach song?
I know Burt Bacharach has recorded a few albums. If he recorded this song, what did it sound like?

Bacharach himself didn't record it, but the closest-to-official version is the ORIGINAL one heard on the "What's New Pussycat" soundtrack and performed by Manfred Mann. LOVE's version is a "cover version" of Mann's.

BB had a single in 63 called
SATURDAY SUNSHINE. He doesn't
sing on it. Orchestral and
background voices and a nice tune.

However, if he has ever done
a legit song, it has to sound
as bad as the commercial
he is currently in. I think
it's for gecko insurance.
He is soooooooo bad at singing.
Writing is another story.
